MON AM Update: Gallagher tops Wisconsin House delegation in Q4 fundraising; Vos on ‘UpFront’

-- GOP U.S. Rep. Mike Gallagher pulled in $406,302 during the fourth quarter of 2019, the best haul for any member of the state's House delegation.
Meanwhile, Dem U.S. Rep. Ron Kind finished the year with $3 million in the bank, the largest warchest among Wisconsin members of the House.
Here are the topline numbers for each of the seven incumbents for the fourth quarter:
1st CD: Bryan Steil, R-Janesville, $384,207 in receipts, $183,224 spent, $1.1 million cash on hand.
