-- Wisconsin Elections commissioners last night voted unanimously to nix a plan developed by the agency's staff to send more than 81,000 voters two ballots for the upcoming spring election.
Instead, commissioners voted to proceed using the approach employed during the 2012 and 2016 spring presidential primaries in which only one ballot would be sent voters who requested to vote absentee.
