-- On the heels of a federal judge ripping Capitol leaders for failing to delay Tuesday's election amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Gov. Tony Evers said he'd have made the move if he had the sole authority to do so.
But Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, R-Juneau, quickly fired back, saying Evers had "not once" mentioned moving the election before yesterday.
