Two Milwaukee officials predict count wrapping up around 4 a.m.

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Claire Woodall-Vogg predict workers will be counting ballots until about 4 a.m. Wednesday. 
Barrett predicts a total of between 169,000 and 170,000 absentee ballots returned after the final sweep of drop boxes around the city.
He said the 15 drop boxes around the city have been emptied throughout the day and people who wanted to vote early already did, so he didn't expect many more ballots to come in from the final sweep. 
With some 103,000 ballots processed before the 8 p.m. ...
