WED AM Update: Evers administration has until Tuesday to respond to stay-at-home order lawsuit

-- The state Supreme Court is giving the Evers administration until Tuesday to respond to a lawsuit GOP legislative leaders filed seeking to prevent enforcement of the latest stay-at-home order.
The court set filing deadlines late yesterday after Republicans filed the suit. As part of the action, GOP lawmakers want the Supreme Court to stay the proposed injunction for six days to give the Evers administration time to promulgate emergency rules, which are subject to legislative oversight.
