-- The Joint Finance Committee has a packed schedule today.
First up is a 13.10 hearing, which includes hearing the Evers administration's request for $184 million in borrowing to cover the cost of two new state juvenile correction facilities and four county-run centers.
The committee also will hear a request from Dem AG Josh Kaul to approve three proposed court settlements.
The committee will then move to an executive session, where it is scheduled to vote on legislation from the Speaker'...
