[Madison, WI] – Today, the Republican Party of Wisconsin announced new communications staff ahead of the upcoming November election. Alec Zimmerman will be joining the party as Senior Communications Advisor — serving as spokesman and primary media contact for the WisGOP. Zimmerman joins the party from the Office of Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, after previously serving as WisGOP Communications Director during the 2018 cycle.
In addition, Communications Director Alesha Guenther will transition from her current role in the coming days as she begins law school.
