WILL: Dane County health department relaxes sports restrictions after lawsuit

MILWAUKEE–Youth Justice Milwaukee reiterated its demand for the closure of Lincoln Hills and Copper Lake youth prisons, as they are abusive, dangerous facilities that are incapable of rehabilitating young people.
