MADISON, Wis.— As a result of the American Rescue Plan that became law this month, Badger State residents will pay nearly $600 less for health insurance, according to a new report released today by Opportunity Wisconsin. The report also finds that nearly 52,000 uninsured residents are now eligible for tax credits when purchasing insurance. DE PERE, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds the public that it is requesting comments on a proposed Green Tier contract with The C.A. Lawton Co. (Lawton), a manufacturer of iron castings and machined components based in De Pere, Wisconsin. Lawton has been a Tier 1 participant in the DNR’s Green Tier program since 2013. The proposed contract would advance the company to Tier 2 of the program. The proposal covers activities at two facilities located on Enterprise Drive in De Pere.
