The next UW System president is already leading. Tommy for president.
The blue ribbon commission could lay out future pathways for the incoming president and provide the underlying analysis for each of them. That kind of groundwork would enable the next president to get off to a fast and informed start.
We need to tell young people about what happened on 9/11. We need to tell them who did it to us. And we need to tell them why they did it to us.
The dominant narrative following 9/11 is that things are worse, that nothing good has happened in two decades and that the country is in bad shape.
