-- The state Assembly is set to be back on the floor this morning to vote on another change to a COVID-19 bill and on its own resolution to overturn Gov. Tony Evers' public health declaration and mask mandate.
It's the latest twist in Republicans' effort to overturn the public health declaration after news the original approach by the state Senate would jeopardize millions in enhanced federal aid for those on food stamps.
