The expected vetoes of SB 621 and 622 all but ensure the courts will draw the maps for the 2022 elections. Competing lawsuits had already been filed with the state Supreme Court and a federal court before lawmakers even drew their maps, and Wisconsin's justices have laid out a timeline to resolve the case.
