-- Republican William Penterman said he's ready to get to work right away after declaring victory in the 37th Assembly District special election last night.
The former aide to Rep. Ron Tusler, R-Harrison, defeated Dem Pete Adams and independent Stephen Ratzlaff Jr., with 54.1 percent of the vote, according to a WisPolitics.com tally of unofficial results posted at county clerks' websites.
