Dept. of Safety and Professional Services: New DSPS Military Pathways Grant Program opens for applications

Madison, Wis. –  The Department of Safety and Professional Services is now accepting applications for a new grant program to expedite entry into the civilian licensed workforce for current and former military members. Islands of Brilliance: National Endowment for the Arts awards $150,000 research grant to Islands of Brilliance and UW-Milwaukee

Milwaukee (February 8, 2022) — Islands of Brilliance and the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM) have received a $149,487 research grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to study the efficacy of using art and design to prepare those on the autism spectrum for future employment. City of Racine – Today, Racine Mayor Cory Mason announced that the City’s nine electric buses have all arrived and should be fully deployed and transporting riders this spring.
