-- Dem Mandela Barnes pulled in $8.5 million over 19 days, outraising GOP U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson more than 3-to-1 during the pre-election reporting period.

Barnes, the state's lieutenant governor, reported spending $9.4 million during the period and had $2.55 million in the bank as of Oct. 19.

Johnson raised $2.6 million during the period, spent $3.6 million and had $3.5 million in the bank.
