-- U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson and three GOP members of the state's congressional delegation drew primary opponents ahead of today's filing deadline.
David Schroeder, of Milwaukee, filed nomination papers May 27 to challenge Johnson, R-Oshkosh, in the GOP primary, and the Elections Commission found he had 2,778 signatures. Two thousand valid signatures are needed for statewide candidates.
