WED PM Update: Toney fundraising ticks up, but still well behind AG Kaul

From July 26-Aug. 31, Kaul brought in $481,132, while the former Baltimore federal prosecutor also spent $241,444. Public school instructional coach Abigail Dow, of Palo Alto, Calif., was the only individual donor to contribute the maximum $20,000 to Kaul's campaign in the latest reporting period.
