-- Two GOP lawmakers are circulating legislation that would move Wisconsin to a flat income tax of 3.25 percent by 2026, according to a co-sponsorship memo shared with WisPolitics.com.

The proposal from Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu, R-Oostburg, and state Rep. Rob Brooks, R-Saukville, doesn't include a fiscal note on the move, which will be formally unveiled later today.
