WED PM Update: Baldwin, Johnson split on AUMF authorization repeal

The Senate 66-30 stripped back a pair of Authorizations for Use of Military Force past presidents used to invade Iraq, but the measure does not repeal another 2001 AUMF that authorizes military force against terrorism.
