MON PM Update: Biden launches new ad as prez race ad spending approaches $5M in Wisconsin so far

-- President Joe Biden’s campaign has launched new TV ads in Wisconsin and other swing states in an effort to appeal to Black voters.
The spots, which began yesterday, will run through April 21 in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, as well as nationally on Black-owned news platforms. They also will run on streaming platforms during the NCAA basketball tournament.
