-- Assembly Speaker Robin Vos today declared the recall effort against him a “waste of time and resources,” filing a challenge that urged the Elections Commission to dismiss the effort both because it’s short of the signatures needed and it’s legally barred.
Vos, R-Rochester, argued in today’s filing that hundreds of signatures were flawed for various reasons, including fraud....
