MADISON, Wis. – In response to the severe flooding affecting southeast Wisconsin, the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) has been activated since Sunday, August 10, 2025. This coordinated activation enables personnel from Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM), the Department of Natural Resources, the Wisconsin National Guard and other state and local agencies
