-- Gov. Tony Evers has three stops planned today to tout his actions on a $98.7 billion two-year state budget.
The Dem guv plans to hit Appleton, Wausau and Chippewa Falls. That comes after he signed the budget in Madison yesterday before stops in Green Bay and Bangor.
