U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson told a WisPolitics.com breakfast today he's not confident an Obamacare replacement bill will pass this year, while House Speaker Paul Ryan said Republicans need to pass the bill to keep the promise they made to voters last fall.
Johnson declined to endorse the current version that is facing a difficult time in the House.
