- Under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) and (g), and 19.36(10), a closed session is authorized for deliberating the investing of public funds whenever competitive or bargaining reasons, conferring with legal counsel regarding litigation, or staff management planning, respectively, require a closed session. The Board will be meeting in closed session to discuss competitive economic development items. The Board will open the meeting again at the end of the closed session.
