Operating Engineers 139 endorses Mitchell in guv’s race

Operating Engineers 139, which endorsed Gov. Scott Walker’s re-election bid in 2014, announced today they’re backing Dem Mahlon Mitchell in next year’s race.
Mitchell, head of the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin, met with Operating Engineers 139 President Terry McGowan before winning the union’s endorsement, said Lis Smith, a spokeswoman for the Dem candidate.
