Wisconsin state government, much like the federal government, is in need of change and modernization.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics released the CPI data for the month of November and found that price inflation increased at a faster rate than in October. Predictably, market pundits, officials and state-owned economists are reporting that these figures are “in line with expectations.”

For the 29th time, UN member countries held a Conference of the Parties to draft policies to address problems associated with global warming, and for the 28th time, little progress was made.

We need to pay close attention as forty million people depend on the Great Lakes for drinking water. Business interests are paying heed, too.

Our state is blessed with abundant scenic beauty and natural wealth. With such a blessing of natural resources comes the responsibility to be wise stewards of our land and water. And the Lower Wisconsin Riverway is an outstanding example of the good people of Wisconsin living up to our stewardship obligation.

This is brazen leftist judicial tyranny.

Judge Jacob Frost said that parts of Act 10 are unconstitutional because the law treats some public safety officers, such as municipal police officers, differently than others.

There are good reasons the people no longer believe courts are fair.

UW System President Jay Rothman, UW-Madison Chancellor Jennifer Mnookin, and Gov. Tony Evers have all publicly opposed this splitting off of UW Madison, a fugitive relic of the Walker years. Everyone else should too.

Failing a solid candidate declaring very soon, Wisconsin’s school children will be forced to continue amid an uber-progressive mantra coming out of Madison from the Department of Public Instruction.

It has been forty-three years since the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) published a report on five previously healthy young gay men diagnosed with KS/OI. This was the first recognized sign of what would become known as the AIDS virus. Since that time, the United States has experienced every emotion imaginable when confronting the issue of HIV/AIDS—fear, misunderstanding, compassion, and now prevention.

Who are the victims in our misnamed War on Drugs? Well, it’s not the drugs themselves. They’ve never paid a penny in fines, served a second in jail or had so much as a twinge in the tummy. No, the victims of these senseless laws are us. People. Americans. Citizens. Voters!

Together, we will build a future that reflects the very best of Dane County — a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

As we rejoice in the fall of this dictator, but without knowing what is to follow in Syria, one chapter of this story needs to be recalled.

Market economies and representative governments now characterize a steadily increasing share of the world’s developing nations. In short, South Korea is positioned to lead developing nations toward prosperity.
