But it objected to the reporter joining the call, noting that “no media are ever allowed on our calls” and that their calls are “off the record” and “no notes or comments are to be uploaded in any public space.”

Politically, the leftists control the court. One might instinctively think that they will rule in favor of Evers to support “their guy.” However, handing that kind of power to the governor in perpetuity is fraught with risk for the liberals.
The FDA recently proposed a rule that could limit access to prescription information, the printed information attached to prescriptions at the pharmacy. The rule would place the burden of printing Patient Medication Information onto pharmacies, adding additional workload hours and costs for pharmacies.
