Thanks to smart fiscal policy and a growing economy, the Legislative Fiscal Bureau estimates Wisconsin’s state government will have a surplus of $3.25 billion by the end of the current budget cycle. Following the lead of successful initiatives in other states, Wisconsin should explore allocating a portion of that surplus to create its own volunteer service corps.

Somewhere there lies a disconnect that leads to these reports to CPS rather than referrals or connection to these supportive non-profits.
