Wisconsin voters spoke loudly and clearly Tuesday, striking a blow for democracy by forever banishing private money from election administration.

Yesterday’s elections weren’t going to be earth-shattering, but the results were still encouraging.

Lesson number-one for Biden, as regards the November race in Wisconsin, is simple: keep running against Trump. It works.

If you can’t answer “yes” to most of these questions, why would you vote for this man as president of the United States? The same questions can be asked of Joe Biden.

The whole nation can and should strongly applaud the voters in Enid, Oklahoma. The reason we do so is very basic. We must never allow extremists to prevail.

Those pushing the uninstructed option in the Dem primary to protest President Joe Biden’s policies toward Israel and Gaza easily exceeded their goal of 20,000 votes. Still, they were short of the 15% needed to secure a delegate to the national convention. Meanwhile, Donald Trump was on pace to get more than three-fourths of the vote in the GOP presidential primary even though all of his opponents have dropped out of the race.

Voters narrowly approved $252 million for Milwaukee Public Schools by a margin of 1,720 votes in the largest school referendum of the spring election.

Wausau Ald. Doug Diny knocked off one-term Mayor Katie Rosenberg in a local race that drew significant outside attention.

Goyke, D-Milwaukee, held a 63%-36% margin over Spencer with 99% reporting. Spencer, who was first elected to the position in 2020, has faced issues with staff resigning and allegations of harassing female staffers.

The group said the ad began running this week on multiple digital platforms across western Wisconsin’s 3rd CD.
