U.S. Reps. Gwen Moore and Mark Pocan were the only Wisconsin House members who cast “present” votes on a resolution condemning the drastic rise of antisemitism. The only two Wisconsin Dem in the House weren’t the only who refused to vote on the measure. They joined 90 of their Dem colleagues in the “present” column and 17 others who did not vote at all. Still, the resolution passed 311-14.
