Time and again, the Legislature has insisted that Lincoln Hills be closed. When presented with viable plans, not half-baked ones from left field, the Legislature has funded them.

After 87 years, all new county employees will become part of state system.

Since 1990, the National Black Catholic Clergy Conference has designated the month of November as Black Catholic History Month, to honor the contributions of the many men and women of African descent who were dedicated to the Catholic faith.

For years Republican legislators froze out Democrats. Fair maps should change that.

I think the reelection of Trump is a disaster. But not an unmitigated one. If it shoves Guilty White Liberals to the background and it forces my party to see people as the individuals that they truly are, that would be a great thing.
