More and more prominent Democrats — including some in unexpected places — are making support for labor central to their campaigning and to their governing, following the lead of longtime labor backers such as U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, and U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Wisconsin.
