Politically, the leftists control the court. One might instinctively think that they will rule in favor of Evers to support “their guy.” However, handing that kind of power to the governor in perpetuity is fraught with risk for the liberals.

The FDA recently proposed a rule that could limit access to prescription information, the printed information attached to prescriptions at the pharmacy. The rule would place the burden of printing Patient Medication Information onto pharmacies, adding additional workload hours and costs for pharmacies.

This is a plan about process, not about people, not about kids. It may be needed, but it doesn’t scratch the surface of the scandal at DPI and MPS.
