Wisconsin’s Congressional Delegation — both Democrats and Republicans — need to come together to pass Biden’s emergency funding request for child care as soon as possible. Providers and parents simply cannot afford to wait.

Life in the idyllic city of Wauwatosa must be free from worry about municipal taxes and spending, the condition of city streets, crime or any other challenges facing communities across Wisconsin and the nation to be able to focus their attention on holiday decorations.

In new Speaker Mike Johnson the Democrats may be dealing with a much stronger and smarter opponent than they had in Kevin McCarthy. Johnson’s opening moves seem masterful.

Milwaukee is losing people due to declining birthrates and people leaving. Without the influx of immigrants, the metro’s population would have shrunk considerably.

The tone set by those in higher offices does matter, because whether they know it or desire it, they do set examples for others in our society to follow.
