A new report by Badger Institute Managing Editor Mark Lisheron reveals that calls to police from MPS high schools dramatically increased — again.

The recent decision by the UW System president to end in-person instruction at UW-Richland should concern every Wisconsinite. Not specifically because of its impact on the Richland Center community, but because of the way decisions are being made about our taxpayer-funded universities without public input.

One of the ways to deal with the angst over college debt is to not go to college. More to the point, one good way to deal with it is for employers to eliminate a four-year degree requirement for jobs where it’s not needed — which is to say the vast majority of them.

In this era of America’s toxic politics, it seems that there are few troubles facing the country that Republicans in Congress won’t blame on Joe Biden.

I would like to propose to every legislative body that they call a session or incorporate into one of their first sessions the public reading of the Wisconsin Constitution, including every member participating by reading a section of the document.
