The public health of all Wisconsinites depends upon our collective commitment to providing care to everyone in need.

What if the U.S. and China and all the rest were to devote even half their expenditures to nonviolence and peace?

Voters gave Democrats control of the White House, the Senate and the House last year. That should have been a mandate for change. But when it comes to defense spending, the change is for the worse.
