Do historic preservation efforts limit housing for those in need?

Many advocates for CRT — like ICS Equity and similar groups — claim that their work is only “teacher training” and that it is not actually leading to any substantial changes in the classroom. However, this is patently untrue.

While much of the discussion of the climate crisis had been about what would happen in the future as global temperatures increase, that future is now.

In Wisconsin, nearly one in four residents report that they did not fill a prescription due to cost. Polling has shown that 53% of Wisconsinites are concerned about the cost of prescription drugs.

What’s happening there is about much more than the fight over reproductive rights. It’s about political control.

The U.S. must reject intervening in a civil war or foolishly attempting nation-building. The U.S. lost the Afghanistan War many years ago.

There won’t be a new New Deal without a strategy to get around the filibuster and enact legislation that strengthens the hand of American workers.

Wisconsin remains one of about 16 states that prohibits consumers from buying directly from manufacturers.

To restore sanity, accountability and integrity into our democracy, we need fair maps.

The Department of Health Services demanded employees push Gov. Tony Evers’ $100 COVID-19 vaccination incentive on the mentally ill and developmentally disabled, according to a DHS source with knowledge of the situation.

It was perhaps fitting that the Waukesha School Board reversed its decision on school lunches on the same day that the United States formally exited Afghanistan: Both felt an awful lot like capitulation to terrorists.

Milwaukee County is so financially strapped every ARPA dollar needed to keep critical services going.
