The fact that a a judge in Dane County’s liberal court system issued an injunction may be an indicator that MMSD went too far in its policy or guidance.

The new song by Amanda Shires and her husband, Jason Isbell, captures the pain of the decision and supports those who have to make it. Wisconsin, unfortunately, is among many states whose laws provide no such support.

As a physician, I’m extremely concerned that President Trump refuses to help tens of thousands of people in Wisconsin get health care after they’d lost their insurance because they were laid off during the COVID-19 recession, itself the result of the Trump administration’s poor planning and preparation.

Canada has six times more people than our state, but a much lower rate of new cases.

I don’t know what it is about us Wisconsinites. We have this history of electing people to high public office who become examples for the nation.
