The panel will provide legal analysis of current election-related litigation in Wisconsin and discuss potential lawsuits that may emerge during or after the 2024 election. Given Wisconsin’s roles in national elections, this briefing will give context and non-partisan insights into the state’s electoral process and evolving legal landscape.
The Wisconsin panel will feature Former Congressman Reid Ribble (R-WI), who brings firsthand experience from his time representing Wisconsin in the U.S. House of Representatives; Wisconsin Election Commissioner Marge Bostelmann, a Republican appointee with deep knowledge of the state’s election processes; Former U.S. Attorney John W. Vaudreuil, offering insights on legal challenges related to elections; University of Wisconsin’s Law School Professor Robert Yablon, an expert in election law and constitutional matters; and KOR Staff Attorney Sterling Knoche, who will provide analysis of the legal environment surrounding Wisconsin’s elections.
