State tax collections come in $14 million higher than originally expected

State tax collections in 2016-17 came in $14 million higher than had been expected in January, a bump of 0.1 percent, according to the Legislative Fiscal Bureau. The nearly $15.2 billion collected in 2016-17 was up 2.8 percent compared to the previous year. Gov. Walker: Appoints Andrew Hitt to serve as Judicial Selection Advisory Committee chair

The JSAC advises and makes recommendations on judicial appointees to Governor Walker.
