Madison Heart Walk’s 25th Birthday Celebration is on Saturday, September 16th at the Madison Mallards Stadium.

Heart disease survivors, stroke survivors, families and volunteers will come together for the American Heart Association’s largest annual community event. The event is free; however, donations are encouraged. Everyone is welcome! Jon Rozenfeld, President of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison, is this year’s Heart Walk chair.
“The Heart Walk is celebrating a quarter century of getting Madison residents more active and knowledgeable about improving their overall heart health,” said Rozenfeld. “St. Mary’s Hospital is proud to be a major supporter of this incredible community event.”

SSM Health, along with UW Health and UnityPoint Health Meriter, are the presenting sponsors of the Heart Walk.
