MADISON, WIS. - John W. Vaudreuil, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Julian Harris, 34, Chicago, was sentenced Friday, February 4, by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 30 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for participating in a counterfeit gift card fraud scheme. ...
