APPLETON, Wis. (September 26, 2017) – The Fox Cities Chamber’s monthly educational program, Business Breakfast Bytes, will provide change management education to attendees at the October morning session.
The upcoming educational session will provide information regarding change in the workplace and why mastering the fundamentals of change management is a core competency for business owners and leaders.
Tina Schuelke, Owner and Executive Director at Change Management Communications Center LLC will lead October’s interactive session. Schuelke has more than 25 years of experience leading change in businesses. She focuses on helping businesses see higher profits from their investments for change.
Attendees will learn how to anticipate and untangle resistance to change while also becoming self-aware of how you, and others, show up during change. Change in the workplace can be anything from introducing new employees or policies to inducting new procedures or overall business direction. This educational session will reveal a path to help attendees increase speed of adoption, develop proficiency and raise utilization for projects through worksheets, resources, activities and discussion.
“When change fails to get done on time or within budget, it is almost never the goal or change that you want to accomplish that is at fault. The problem is almost always resistance to change. People get in the way,” shared session facilitator Scheulke. “At the session, we will share ways you can anticipate, diagnose, and address resistance to change so the projects and plans you lead keep you profitable, well-respected as an inspirational leader, and ahead of your competition.”
