MADISON – Governor Scott Walker today issued Executive Order #246, relating to a proclamation that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff on Memorial Day.

In accordance with this order, flags should be flown at half-staff on Monday, May 29, 2017, from sunrise
until Noon, at which time flags should be raised back to full staff.
