Michael Heifetz, the state’s Medicaid director and administrator of the Division of Medicaid Services, is resigning from his post to join the private sector.
His resignation is effective Dec. 13, according to an announcement from the Department of Health services. Deputy Administrator Casey Himebauch is to serve as Interim administrator of DMS.
