Today Kohl for Congress announced that it raised $285,000 in the 23 days of the 2nd fundraising quarter. The report filed with the FEC outlines an aggressive pace of fundraising and will show $245,000 cash on hand. This fundraising total is more than has been raised in any previous challenge to Glenn Grothman, and does not include any candidate contributions or loans.
“Dan has been touched by the early support he has received. It is easy to make a compelling case for enlisting concerned Americans in the effort when you are challenging one of the most partisan people in Washington.” said campaign manager Rick Coelho. “Dan’s aggressive start and pace should send a loud signal to Glenn Grothman that it’s game on. Dan looks forward to continuing to engage with people across the 6th District on the issues that matter most.”
