EAU CLAIRE – Judge Shaughnessy Murphy’s campaign continues to build momentum and support with the announcement of Bob McCoy’s endorsement. Mr. McCoy, the long time Eau Claire community leader, offered a passionate endorsement of Judge Shaughnessy Murphy, stating:
“I recently retired after 23 years as President & CEO of the Eau Claire Area of Chamber of Commerce, where I led a great group of business leaders to create a positive business environment and build Eau Claire & Altoona to be great communities in which to live, work, learn and raise a family.
I was fortunate to be able to work with a great individual, Shaughnessy Murphy, who has become Eau Claire’s newest Judge. I know he will continue to help build on the progress that has been made in our great communities, just as he has in the past.
Let me describe Judge Shaughnessy Murphy. He is a home town person, smart, well educated, friendly and a great father, son and a down to earth, reasonable person. Judge Shaughnessy Murphy is up for election on April 3, 2018 for a full six-year term on the Eau Claire County Circuit Court, Branch 5.
