Madison, Wisconsin – Today, the Assembly Committee on Labor held an Executive Session on Assembly Bill (AB) 499, which passed on a party line vote of 6 to 3. Following this legislative action, the Natural Resource Development Association launched a series of digital ads thanking members of the Assembly Committee on Labor for voting in favor of AB 499, the Mining for America Act.
“We commend Representatives Kulp, Kuglitsch, Spiros, Knodl, Schraa, and Quinn for listening to their constituents who support job creation efforts that will bring a new generation of family-supporting jobs to Wisconsin,” said Nathan Conrad, Executive Director of the Natural Resource Development Association. “AB 499 maintains strong environmental protections as we advance our economy through conscientious resource development, and we thank committee members for voting in favor of this important legislation.”
The digital advertisement buy will be seen across the state of Wisconsin on social media platforms as well as a bevy of targeted news sites.
