Eagle, Wisconsin – This July, taste the history of Wisconsin brewing at Old World Wisconsin! In partnership with the Museum of Beer and Brewing, Old World Wisconsin will continue their historic brewing program with new featured guest breweries during the month of July. The featured breweries are a living tradition that allows guests at Old World Wisconsin to learn more about this vibrant craft. Karben4 Brewery, The Explorium Brewery and Ale Asylum will be the July featured breweries. The historic brewing program brings beer lovers from around the state together for an exceptional beer experience to share in the taste and long history of Wisconsin’s favorite beverage.
- Saturday, July 1: Karben4 Brewery. Karben4 brews English-influenced beers that have an emphasis on the sweet malt yin.
- Tuesday, July 4: The Explorium Brewpub. A place to explore the emporium of craft beer and food flavors inspired by the spirit and travels of the famous explorers who have come before us.
- Saturday, July 15: Ale Asylum. At Ale Asylum, we brew beers in the tradition of brew honest, brew like you mean it. Thus our beer is brewed and bottled with our own hands on Madison’s North Side.
